Order and delivery terms
Brunberg Oy 0130207-8 (hereinafter referred to as online store) sells products to private persons in EU-countries. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The product prices are in Euros and include VAT.

The products are chosen online by placing them in the shopping cart. The order will be delivered when it has been paid for at the online cash register. When you place your order, you accept our delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is included when ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to the same. The confirmation will include the products ordered and the price.
Payment service is carried out by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutes. Payment with Visa Electron or MasterCard will show Paytrail Oyj as receiver. Paytrail Oyj will subsequently transfer the amount to the seller. Paytrail Oyj has been granted operating license by the Financial Supervisory Authority. For complaints we ask you to primarily contact the online store.

The deliveries are made on working days. The delivery time from stock is normally 3-5 workdays. If the products ordered are custom-made, the delivery time is normally 1-3 weeks. The delivery costs depend on chosen delivery method, weight and size. The delivery costs are specified at the online store cash register before the final acceptance of the order.
Should the product disappear or be damaged during transport, this must be reported as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest, to the online store. Package damaged during transport must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
Return of products
Sweets are perishable products and as such cannot be returned within 14 days in accordance with the consumer protection law. If the letter or package is damaged during transport by mail, a complaint must be sent immediately to the post office.
Cancellation of orders, product liability and complaints
Prior to delivery, the order can be cancelled in writing by e-mail.
The online store has a statutory liability for deficiencies regarding the sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The buyer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
