Brunberg Oy online store order and delivery terms

Brunberg Oy 0130207-8 (hereinafter referred to as online store) sells products to private persons in mainland Finland (not Ahvenanmaa) and in the EU-countries. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The product prices are in Euros and include VAT. Updated: 14.4.2026.

Orders

The products are chosen online by placing them in the shopping cart. The order will be delivered when it has been paid for at the online cash register. When you place your order, you accept our delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is included when ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to the same address. The confirmation will include the products ordered and the price. Deliveries are free of charge for purchases over 49 EUR to pickup points within Finland.

No messages or transport instructions are sent to Posti or other transport companies via the e-commerce order form.

Payment service

Payment service is carried out by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutes. Payment with Visa Electron or MasterCard will show Paytrail Oyj as receiver. Paytrail Oyj will subsequently transfer the amount to the seller. Paytrail Oyj has been granted operating license by the Financial Supervisory Authority. For complaints we ask you to primarily contact the online store.

Walley B2B invoice for companies

The invoice gives you more time to pay for your online purchases.

Interest-free payment terms with the invoice, safe and easy shopping.

With the invoice, you always get 30 days to pay for your online purchases. A 4.95 € billing fee will be added to the invoice.

To take advantage of the payment term, you need a positive credit decision, which you can easily apply for during the purchase process.

This payment method can be used for purchases up to 5000 €.

Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed your purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase via email or as an e-invoice.

Delivery

The deliveries are made on working days. The delivery time from stock is normally 3-5 workdays. If the products ordered are custom-made, the delivery time is normally 1-3 weeks. The delivery costs depend on chosen delivery method, weight and size. The delivery costs are specified at the online store cash register before the final acceptance of the order.

Should the product disappear or be damaged during transport, this must be reported as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest, to the online store. Package damaged during transport must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.   

We deliver online orders to mainland Finland (not Ahvenanmaa) and the EU.

When ordering chocolate products during warmer periods, we kindly ask you to take the temperature into consideration. Chocolate is shipped at the recipient’s own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any melting that may occur during transportation.

Our chocolate kisses are fragile and may, in some cases, be damaged during delivery. Other products, such as toffee pieces, may experience minor chipping, and the confectionery may move slightly within the box during transport.

To reduce our environmental impact, we use recycled boxes from our own production when packing webshop orders.

Delivery to pickup points in Finland is free for orders exceeding 49 €.

Return of products

Sweets are perishable items and therefore cannot be returned within 14 days under consumer protection law. If the letter or package is damaged during transit, please file a complaint with the post office immediately.

Cancellation of orders, product liability and complaints

Prior to delivery, the order can be cancelled in writing by e-mail. 

The online store has a statutory liability for deficiencies regarding the sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The buyer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
