Caramel sauce from Alku caramels

A creamy, delicious caramel sauce is made easily and quickly from traditional Alku caramels. You only need two ingredients!

This delicious sauce goes perfect with cakes, pastries, berries and ice cream.

Our recipe gives you about 1.5 dl of ready-made Alku caramel sauce.

Chop the caramels into small pieces, each into about six pieces.

Put the chopped Alku caramels and cream in a small saucepan.

Heat on low heat and stir the mixture with a spoon until the caramels melt and the sauce is smooth.
